Tektro hydraulic front brake setup with the switch in the lever for ebikes. Part#HD-E350
It uses mineral oil not DOT fluid.
It appears to be new but the end of the lever has some paint rubbed off so it was likely mounted on a bike at one point.
I clamped it on a rotor to see if it held good pressure and it feels ok. That is all I know about it.
