I am checking performance of some new lipos I got in, this batch is all starting with the same voltage. I checked them multiple times with two cell checkers! 12800mah 2S2P nano-tech

They were meant to be soldered together forever:

3 discharge curves (35 amp, 2.7C) acquired for each pack:

Run em for about 10 cycles before you start soldering is my advice.

The one batch of bum turnigy packs I got years ago puffed after about half a dozen cycles.

Discharge them to at least 3.6v on one of those cycles AT the rate you will be using them, not some trickle discharge from a charger, then see how good they match after a few lighter cycles.

In other words, flog em just a little bit, and see how they do after that.

And one last word. Crimp sleeves.
