yup but that's because with time - it will puff and leak nasty electrolyte all over the place- read up about the msds - these cells are a health hazard. some vendors sort through the supply before re-selling- and won't sell you total crap but you pay more- and too will degrade- quality will vary- but they're all out of the same dumpster for a reason.

I have been busy last week and was unable to write… in the mean time I have done some tests and updated a bit blogg: http://victpowerbadbattery.blogspot.se/
I have paid directly as I have had purchased from them 5-6 times earlier, that thing doesn’t qualify me to start dispute process anywhere. That was my mistake, lesson never to be forgotten, but I can spread the word of my experience. This is the first time someone send me junk battery and I buy quantities for my employer and myself of course… This time Victpower used me as a recycling buyer, unfortunately! These cells would probably finish in recycling station very soon!

Firstly false advertising.
Selling faulty merchandise.
Selling potentially dangerous product.
If there's no comeback for the above practices and somewhere dodgy dealing is going on, turning a blind eye knowing these dodgy cells are being onsold putting people at risk, not just financially, sorry for guys for the position your in, then maybe this dodgy practice can be nailed at the source where they originate.
