Does anyone know if the Alibaba battery’s are legit or can they be unsafe. If they arent safe does anyone have good and safe 72v triangle batteries.

Where you buy a battery doesn’t tell you anything about the quality. Lots of crap batteries on aliexpress, Amazon, or eBay.
You should look to see if the listing includes information about the cells inside, and specifically the manufacturer of the cells and the specific model number. If the listing doesn’t have that basic info, then more likely than not that it’s crap. If they use generic Chinese cells, there is some chance that the battery will perform reliably, but can’t be pushed too hard or it will degrade rapidly. If you know this and treat it right, it could suit your needs for a good while. Also, if the listing has inflated performance figures relative to what a pack could do even if it had great cells, then it’s most certainly crap.
Look for Samsung, LG, Panasonic, Sony, or other recognized brands first, then scrutinize the performance data to make sure it all adds up.
You could always post links to the packs you are considering and folks here could help look at the data sheets for the cells to make sure it looks good, at least on paper.

I am trying to find a good battery for my e-bike and was wondering if either of these are safe and won’t be set on fire and will be compatible with this kit I want.

The listing doesn't include specific cells, or even tell you if the pack is using 21700 or 18650 cells. If 18650, then that would be at least 120 cells total (20S6P) of 3500mAh cells. The pic implies Samsung 35E cells (the third cell in pink), and includes the Samsung model number, however, it's likely a knock off cell, since it doesn't have Samsung on the label like the legitimate cell. They don't claim to include Samsung cells, they just try to make you think so without saying it. The price is also ridiculous, which is another tip off.

The UPP batteries are passable, although the build quality is so so, and the stock BMS may not perform the balancing function. The listing at least tells you it's using 21700 cells, which are assumed to be generic. To get to 19.2Ah, you would need at least 20S4P or 80 cells (4800mAh). The numbers add up and the price seems to line up as well. I have 2 UPP triangle packs, one generic and one with brand name cells. They both work well, but I don't abuse them.

Can't tell anything about what you get if you order from this place. They have a mix of different controllers and displays, some Sabvoton, some Bafang, and maybe a KT controller. The motor looks like a 9C clone direct drive motor. Can't tell much more. Appears that they just posted a bunch of pics of random parts and just tell you to contact them.

Any Alibaba/AliExpress pack is highly suspect of being something less than the listing represents.

By specifying a triangle battery, you've chosen a format in which almost all the available stock is shoddy. Bad quality cells, recycled cells, poor workmanship, poor BMS, or whatever other problem results from corner cutting. Only e-bikes use triangle packs, and most e-bike packs (most especially generic ones from no-name manufacturers) are junk.
