Throttle conversion

Hi , I've got an old giant twist rs2 which still has plenty of life left in it and I'd like to do a throttle conversion for exploring the coastal path and green lanes of Cornwall.
I was wondering if anyone could recommend a kit that would suit a 26v 250w brushed motor at least that's what I think it is.
