I bought this electric motorbike (see the image 1 below)

Now my question is the following: I can see on the dashboard a symbol came out which looks like a screw, does anybody knows what it is? I have been trying to look online for some warning symbols but I couldn't find anything. In the manual ( chinese one ) you know how it is with those manuals, it doesn't say anything nor you can understand what it means what's written as it's purely google translated.

Here's a picture from the dashboard light (you can see it on the left side). Also, the bars on the left side, that means how full is the battery is that correct? Because again, in the manual you can't really understand anything that is written. And one last thing, the battery indicator which is next to the bar means that the battery is low or it just an indicator that constantly stays on next to the bar representing that those full bars are part of the battery level?

This is my interpretations on it:
The symbol looks like a stylized throttle grip or a flashlight. I’d assume it’s either your lights are on or that the throttle is ready. The battery is full and there is a static frame around the battery level bars.
