Tinning copper plate

Hi Guys,

I am considering soldering up a bunch of individual cells for my next battery pack and will go for 1.6 mm thick copper plate to carry the high currents. It solders to the tabs of LiPo cells pretty good, provided both the tabs and the copper plate have been pre-tinned. So I am curious as to whether it's possible to get tinned copper plate cut to size, of get the plain copper plate cut out and tin it myself.

There are tinning solutions for copper.

I use koolamp silver plating powder instead.
