13S is 48V, not 60V. That would be 4.97V/cell. How can they be trusted? In batteries, trust and quality are paramount.

ya not only that they are likely 2c rated cells max

so 40a peak max draw/20a normal load on a 20a pack is not so awesome

the voltage i'm not sure about since it says charges to over 60v so it cannot be a 13s imo
