Troubleshooting...

I have a Bafang BPM2 48V500W with an S12S controller from BMSbattery and a S-LCD1 E display.
Here is what happened (intermittently and then permanently). When riding, the bike would go full speed regardless of pedaling or not, and regardless of throttle (frightening!!). Only the brakes could stop it thanks to the brake sensors that switch off the motor. Then I switched the battery off and when I switch it on again, I got a message on the s-LCD1 screen saying: "error 01" and the bike wouldn't move. After a while (the day after or a few minutes after) the problem disappeared. It did the same thing 3 times in 2 weeks until the "error 01" message got sticky (and the bike stuck...).
I happened to have a spare S12S controller and I changed it: same problem. The issue is apparently not coming from the controller.
Any idea ?

Dont no error message 01
If you have changed out the controller and still have the same problem its most likly the throttle thats at fault. have you tryed replacing the throttle?.

01_error Throttle Signal Abnormality;
03_error Motor Hall Signal Abnormality;
04_error Torque Sensor Signal Abnormality;
05_error Speed Sensor Signal Abnormality (Suitable for torque system);
06_error Motor or Controller Short Circuit Abnormality;

You have a short in the throttle or its wiring. Did you get water in it?
