Two scooters equal everything different mileage???

Hello.

I have two Razor EcoSmart metro.
Both uses the same controller (36V, 30A, Model: HB3650-TYD6)
Both uses the same sets of battery ordered at the same time (SigmasTek 13V 9AH Lead-acid)
Both uses the same motor (36v 500 Watt)

When test riding each on the same city sidewalks, I was able to go a little over 5 miles on one and the only only a little under 4 miles before they started to run sluggish at 6mph?

I can't figure it out. Anyone care to share your opinion?

Could also be something like wiring resistance. Do you check each battery before and after charging, or during discharge?

Yes, I didn't really pay attention to the stats of my scooter performance until recently when I purchased a cellphone mount and used a speedometer app. With this, I was able to calculate exactly how fast I'm going and the total distance I have traveled. I have swapped the batteries from both scooters. Tomorrow afternoon, I might do another test run and see if I'm able to achieve 5 miles+ with the set of batteries from the scooter that only achieved 3 miles+.

I checked the tire pressure on all 4 tires. They seem alright. No brake resistance when I spin the tires.

Yes, I usually run my scooter until it slows to around 6mph. Why? Is that bad?

I'll update this post once I complete my test run.
