One thing I want to mention is that I found the scooter in the garbage in the alley behind my condo. So I have not put any money into it other than the upgrades. It was taken apart and it looked like someone tried to fix a flat tire in the back and took to many things off and couldnt get it back together. And it still had a flat... But for free who can complain. It had the keys in the battery compartment and all the parts in a plastic baggy.
Ok so instead of trying the below I decided to go ahead and order some parts and the battery at the bottom of the list. I got a boma 60v 2000W motor but not the one below on the links. Once I have the parts I will start to document the upgrades. I got a new throttle also.
Here are some pictures of what it looks like now. It will pretty much look the same other than the throttle since the motor, controller and battery are all out of sight. There will be a lot more room in the battery compartment since the lithium is about half the size of the SLA. Which is good since the controller is twice as large as the current one.

Hi all,
New here and hoping you all can help. I know Uberscoot/Mototec/etc many other scooters use the same frame from what I have seen. I am looking to upgrade my 36V 500W to a 60V 2000W. I know what I need when it comes to the motor and controller but the battery is the issue. I know many of these are a little larger as far as the battery compartment goes to accommodate 4 12V SLA batteries instead of the 3 mine has so that one is larger for the battery compartment I believe. Now where I am curious is if you all have any way to get me the measurements of the battery for the 60V one so I can see if it will go in the compartment I have now that fits the 3 12V SLA batteries.
Hope that make sense. Below are the links and dimensions of my battery compartment.

This is the one I have except it has a 500W motor instead of the 1000W that the one for sale has. Exactly the same otherwise.

BTW I tried the company but they do not have the dimensions. So maybe if someone has a similar scooter with the similar 60V battery and can give me the dimensions of the battery or the battery compartment. I have a feeling that battery may be to large for my compartment in which case I plan to get this battery with the same controller and motor from the previous links.
