Hello all,

I am from South America and I recently bought a chinese rebranded 800W e-scooter (motorcycle). It has 3 "speeds", the third one max at 32 km/h but when it hit 32 on the display it feels like it's going further. Maybe the display speed limit is limited ?

Is there a way to deactivate this speed limit of 32km/h through controller or display ? To have a bit more top speed, should I swap the controller for a better one ?

Specs:
Battery = 60V 20AH
Controller = 60V - 28A current limit
Motor = 60V800W / DG24-1.8 -> What do those numbers means ?

Thank you to anyone helping out in this forum, great community.

It's unlikely that your controller can be easily derestricted, but you could replace it with an unrestricted one. It might become an ordeal to reconcile all those plugs, though.

Check if you have this cable and disconnect it.
