R049-6 48V 52V 60V 72V 14.4AH 19.2AH 24AH 25AH 21700 cells li-ion Ebike battery for 750W 1000W 2000W motor【UK STOCK】
Have a few questions regarding this battery, first of all is it made from good quality cells (i assumed as they are LG cells this is better than no name Chinese cells)
Will it be able to work with a 2000w motor kit specifically - 72v 3000w 5000w 8000w Electric Bicycle Dirt Ebike E Bike Conversion Kit Qs 205 273 V Motorcycle Brushless Rear Hub Motor Battery
Do UPP uphold their warranty claims?

I have a smaller pack using those cells. I'm not happy with the amount of voltage sag, even under moderate current draw. I wouldn't recommend it for a big hub motor. I started researching other packs after the first ride.
Do you have any other recommendations for similar spec battery at similar price?

Isn't that company banned in the UK for starting fires and is famous for not populating the cheap, cost a few cents at most, balance resistors in their BMS boards so the packs can't even passively top balance at the end of charging? I'd stay away. That product page also makes no mention of passive balance either.

You can search the forum for UPP to see the various experiences and information about them. Personally, I'd stay away from hte company entirely, as well as every other "generic" battery seller, because you can't really know what you're going ot get (it might be good, new cells that are actually what they say they are, or they could be used recycled garbage cells that weren't even capable of what is claimed when brand new, which they aren't by years by the time you get them in a "new" battery).

Their triangle packs were what was banned in the UK. I believe it was the pack tended to short out.

I have a 52v downtube UPP battery pack that I bought for my very first build 4 years ago and have had zero problems with it in use.

The UPP triangle packs were banned, first in UK and next in the USA. The straps ripping off from the weight was a common complaint for low reviews on amazon, so maybe physical damage contributed to the fires.

Still, fires have been reported in the USA from UPP batteries. From 2016-2021, I've bought seven UPP batteries, three with premium cells They don't use balance BMS. One did wear out after 7 years. Replaced the cells with Sanyo GA's. Probably won't ever buy another battery. As my other batteries get too old to use, I'll re-use the case and replace the old cells with high quality repalcements,
