Hi all, (i posted this originally in "ebike thread", but havent heard ant responses)

Building a 72v 2k(24" wheel) or 3k(20" wheel) rear hub ebike. Here is the battery i have planned to purchase....

72V 20Ah with 80A BMS
Apply for: 72V 2500-3000W Motor
Nominal Voltage: 72V
Rated Capacity: 20Ah
Watt Hours:1440Wh
Configuration: 20S4P (80 cells)
Battery Cell: 21700 Samsung cells
Max Continuous Charge Current: 5A
Max Constant Discharge Current:80A( BMS)
Peak Discharge Current: 160A
Charge Cut-off Voltage : 84V
Discharge Cut-off Voltage : 55V~60V
Battery Dimensions :381*126*183mm
Battery Weight: 7.6kg
With Charger : 3A

Discharge:XT90 (Male&Female)

Which kit would be better (i understand based on watts its 2k vs 3k). I want to know what is the best route with this battery....would the battery be best suited for a 2k or 3k motor? Here are the specs on the hubs:

Motor: 72v 2000w Electric bike rear hub motor wheel (180°C copper winding+ Best magnet )
Wheel: Sun ringle MTX33/39 Double-wall alloy rims spoke (2.6mm spokes spoked by park tool) Throttle: thumb or twist throttle
Brake :two alloy brake levers (for both side power off)
Controller:72V 45A controller
PAS: 1:1 PAS With 8 magnets
Display: Multifunction LCD display
Gear: 7 speed gears

Or

3000W Powerful Brushless Gearless Motorized 20" 24" 26" 700C 28" 29" Wheel Or Motorcycle Wheel 17" 18" 19" 21".
2. 48V-72V Sine wave 80Amp smart controller
3. Controller bag
4. 1 pair of High Quality Aluminum Alloy Brake Levers v 5. Full Twist Throttle
6. PAS 8 Magnets High Quality Pedal Assistant Sensor
7. TFT UKC1 Color display
8. single speed gears
9. alarm Lock

Reminder, the 2k comes with a 7 speed, i will personally go with a single speed. Which motor will be the best compatible with the hub motor?

Thanks in advance....

How fast do you want to go and what kind of hilliness are you looking at in your terrain?

Currently i would recommend a leafbike 1500w motor for anything below 38mph average.

Controller wise you probably want a VESC.. it will work with anything... it even works well in sensorless mode if you have screwed up hall sensors.. kinda high learning curve on programming it

Very hilly area....(bremerton WA) ive done 1500watts and want to do eithee option i posted (2k or 3k). Which one would be bettee suited? My main question is regarding the amps the controller can handle compared to the battery amps?

I would confirm with the battery manufacturer that the pack is made with Samsung 50S cells and not the 50E first, unless you already know.
