I'm sure many in this forum has used the VESC tool. My question is how do I set Forward and Reverse with no brakes when setting the input parameters. I'm planning on using VESCs I'm my upcoming build only if I can program forward and reverse. I've seen many VESC programming videos, but non showed how to set up reverse with no brakes. Thanks

You would just set App config > General > App to Use to "ADC" or "ADC and UART" then App config > ADC > General > Control type to "Current reverse center" assuming you want to use one input for forward and reverse with the center position being off. Obviously when moving forward applying reverse will brake until stop and then start to reverse. There are other options where reverse is activated with a button if you wanted that instead.

Thanks for the reply, I was thinking of using my RC receiver and my input control. I'm sure it can't be that difficult, I just don't want to wast money before I purchase.
