Vibrating hub motor

Hello everyone i got this 250w hub motor that is sold from china under the name imortor, i changed the controller for a 17 amp one wich gets more speed out of it also the battery is 52v now..... , to do this i extended the wire , (3 phase and the 5 for the sensors) , it all was working fine for some months until a few days ago when the motor started to choke and vibrate a lot..... , it happens more often when i push the throttle faster , it starts to vibrate , stops to pull and make a lot of noise...., if i let go and push the throttle more gently it will accelerate like normal but eventually now and then will stall.... , i checked the wiring for continuity and the 5 (sensors) and 3 phase seems fine, changed the controller , it was working better but still happens .... , anyone has any idea on what might be causing this vibrating ? , thank you

I forgot to mention that i changed the throttle input because the old one broke.... , these probkems just started after the change... but the throttle works with another motor (250w) and the same controller without any problems.....
