Voltage goes bye bye

I lost the throttle function in my far drive ND72300 controller. I assumed it was the throttle because I was getting the 5v out of the controller 8 purchased a new throttle and the same thing happened. When I plug the throttle in the voltage goes from 5v to 0v. I tried the throttle off my other bike with the ND72300 and it did not work either. Any suggestions? Sounds like the controller to me.

What happened between when it worked and when the symptom developed?

Just went to ride and throttle was dead.
