I asked the company where I bought the bike to give me a configuration file to get up to speed and they sent me.
Upload photos with new and old software.
I tested it at a 60 ° angle of the hall sensor, the speed I achieved at a speedometer is 78km.
However, there are times when there is a buzz when the wheel is sick but does not turn which tells me that it is not right. This is not the correct angle of the Hall sensor. This, if used with a loaded engine, I think may be damaged.

Video shows controller is not speed restricted, >580rpm at 77V is above what you got before. kV is slightly higher at 7.5

The phase angle setting at 60 deg is wrong as you said, the gained speed is basicly from field weakening, which can be the effect if phase angle is too advanced. There is no correlation between unloaded rpm and loaded in field weakening.

I'd try field weakening (not through phase angle) if you haven't done this already.
 
Today I finally achieved what I wanted and it was only changed by one parameter "high speed flux weakening adjust range".
You can see at a value of 1000 I have 782 rpm
and at 1500 I have 835 rpm.
The speedometer reading is 85-87km. Which I guess will be about 68-75km.
I only have to do a field test but with the new controller Votol EM100 it will be. When it arrives.

Midl flux weakening - This is what it is for. I change the values, but nothing works, so I leave it blank.
 
My other project that I will be working on is to find the 4 page extra features.
What I know for now is that each field has 53 selectable values.
Some of them I understand others but I will try.
For now, I only know 17: park input - which activates the engine, but I'm not sure of a button or a combination.

For example, I give my latest settings.

PB3 - "F" -18:sport input

PD1 -"F" / "SW" - 7:egear button

PA12 - "F" - 8: steel avoid

PVC15 -"F" -9:limehome

PA0 -"F" - 10:reverse set

PB9 - "F" / "IO" - 11:single wire communication

PB4 - "F" -12:side sustain

PB5 - "F" - 16:high break

PD15 - "F" / "IO" - 19:undef IO option

I have no idea what those values are but I will try to find out

Interesting thread. In Europe bosh kills the hub motor market for ebikes, while in China, they develop their own for scooters...
