VOTOL FIRMWARE (apk, software, .bin, .ini)

Hello everyone,

I hope someone can help me.

I have an original VOTOL EM150 controller (old version, not EM150-2) installed on my electric ATV.

I am looking for:

1. The correct PC software for the original EM150 controller.
2. A download link for the latest software (Windows).
3. The correct USB programming cable for the EM150.
4. A reliable place to purchase the programming cable.

If anyone has the software, a wiring guide, or a purchase link for the correct USB cable, I would really appreciate your help.I have already restored the controller and it powers up correctly. I am now trying to diagnose the throttle wiring and would like to connect the controller to the PC for troubleshooting.

Thank you very much!

Help needed! Brick recovery dump (128KB) for Votol EM-100S / EM100-4 V4.1 (72400S UART)
Hi everyone,
I accidentally bricked my Votol controller and desperately need your help to recover it. I performed a full chip erase via ST-Link, which completely wiped the factory bootloader.
I tried flashing the firmware files from the community "Mega Pack", but they are only 48KB-60KB application-only files without the bootloader code, so the MCU cannot boot up. The controller is currently dead and has no serial communication at all.
However, I can fully access the processor via ST-Link using SWD pins, and the chip is unlocked and writable. I just need a full 128KB raw binary flash dump (.bin) extracted from a working unit starting at address 0x08000000.
Here are the exact specifications of my controller:
  • PCB Markings: EM100_v4.1 / EM-100S 60V-72V
  • Black Plastic Casing Sticker: Voltage: 72V | Angle: 120 | Model: 72400S
  • Original Box Label: EM100-4/72V | DKYS/72400S/UART
If anyone has a .bin file with bootloader section please help!
Thank you so much in advance!

Forget about it, you won't find firmware with a bootloader; it's now just spare parts...

Unfortunately, I have two of these controllers,
and I managed to brick both of them software-wise,
even though they had never been used before.
It’s really frustrating, especially since all I wanted to do was
enable the damn reverse function using the EM-V3 software.
(I’m planning to build two electric outboards.)
Since I’ve already spent so much time on this,
I’d really like to get to the bottom of it and repair them.
If there is an easy, reliable and quick solution, I’m even willing to pay for it.
Or, if I only overwrote the other controller using the EM-V3 software and the .bin files
downloaded from here, then the bootloader should still be there, right?
If so, could I read it from the controller using an ST-Link?

No, you can't read it with ST-Link or anything else. The STM32 chip can't be read. It's programmed into the chip's hardware, not even into the software. Try reading it with ST-Link, and the copyright protection system kicks in and wipes its memory, unfortunately...
It's a super chip for a home-grown product, but the protection is incredibly good. However, I know that professional people can rip off firmware, and the price would be so high that it would be easier to buy 20 ECUs ))))

Hello. Does anyone have the firmware file for the Votol EM200/2SP controller? I accidentally uploaded the firmware from the Votol EM100 controller.
El que tenga el bin SW 2.32 por favor que no lo cambie , eso es potencia brutal , el que quiera aclarar dudas y aprender de verdad escríbanme a mi WhatsApp , mi número es +18077896504

Hello everyone on this forum, I created this topic with the intention of helping and spreading knowledge. I had a lot of difficulty finding solutions for my Votol EM50SP, but now I've found what I needed through a YouTube channel called VINO - Votol Monitor Z.

I will be providing a link to my Mediafire with a pack containing .bin, .ini, .apk files and versions of the Votol software. If this helps you in any way, then this post was worthwhile. Cheers.

I am currently using a Votol EM100 GTS motor controller, and I am in need of the latest official firmware file (and any necessary flashing tools or instructions) for this specific model.
