I had my solid state relay burn out so connected my watt meter (pictured) in line to replace the length the relay took, and haven't yet had a chance to test different settings and their effect on the draw, but I'm making about 1600 watts, and burning through about 15wh/km (25/mile), so not a great efficiency compared to some of you guys! Also running dual motors (custom 42mm ones) on 6s. I'm not getting to full power as the motor starts screeching something horrible about 3/4 throttle and on brake. Not sure why, but trying to fix it so if anyone has clues...
FVT esc, and the timing is on 'high'. Any lower and the throttle would cut out and coast at higher unput levels, this setting is the lowest that still gives me full range. Haven't had heat problem yet either.
Yes, the more you load it the less the capacity. I top out at 5C and use 1C on everage. Of the 7 Ah i get out about 4 to 5 Ah wich was more than I expected.
