What does Direct Drive (No Free Spooling) means in relation to this motor specs below?

I think it's safe to assume it's just a DD geared motor with no clutch inside like you would have on a geared hub motor that will freewheel. Probably the same type motor used with some mid drives where the extra freewheel is part of the crank.
 
Free-spooling is a fishing term for a reel, where the spool can be disengaged from the drive normally for casting. In the listing you linked to, it means that the motor is permanently engaged with the output shaft through the gearbox, i.e. no clutch.
