Where I can buy kit with R/C mini motor?

I agree with pretty much everything above.

Rc systems have a lot of complications, being such a small motor they cannot afford the inefficiency of a hub motor at lower speeds, the sudden torque, a lot of factors. So in my opinion the way to get around this is with multi gears, that way you can gear it low for starting so you dont blow it, while still keeping speed. Senors, etc also help... Currently tinkering with a bolt on style design, to fit most bikes using a rewound 6374 motor, yet to make the first prototype though, just cadding it as exact as possible, trying to work out all the possible faults soon and before money is spent, as it's better to fail often and fail early.

But obviously the gearing isn't a perfect solution, there are more parts to go wrong, using a hub motor in the middle is still heavy, and in the wheel is rotating mass/inefficient. Choose your evil.
