Will rear geared kits come back in stock???

Hi very much a newbie so just wondering what the ebb and flow of product being available is . I'm looking for a26" 1000 watt geared rear hub convertion kit with about a 15 AH battery. I guess I'm willing to try to lace my own wheel if it helps move forwards The only thing I way on line is maybe an 500 to 1000 watt advanced pac Grin EZEE rear kit with a phase runner Mt v3 cycle analyst trip wire brake system and 7 speed free wheel for about 850$ plus battery. I'm thinking luna on battery. Is this what I should be looking to pay??
What does it mean when they say 500 to 1000 watt?? I"m a big guy 290# in Kind of Hilly area should I be holding out for a 1300 Watt motor. Does after the first of the year seem like a time to see product come available or should I call ebikeling or ebikes.com and get on a wait list? Thanks Chris

Just an example. There are many to find everywhere in the world. Mac is a popular geared motor and has the size to be overpowered. The Gmac from Grin is an improvement that is worth the extra money IMO, and their controller is better than those usually offered in kits.
