Will this charger work for my needs ?

Hey guys. I have 8 of these batteries and will run them in 4x series and then in parallel to get 48V and double the ah. The problem is I don't have a charger for them, I don't want to charge them individually.

I have found this charger on ebay and want to know if it will suit my purpose. I live in Australia so the 220v should be fine.

Looks like it would work IMO.

However, I would charge each 12V battery individually before assembling into the 4S2P configuration. After that, use the 48V charger on the entire series/parallel group.
