Will this charger work?

So using 8s and up, your choices for charger/balancers goes down. I'm trying to find a simple charging solution. There are some very cheap, simple chargers out there, but what features are essential?

For instance, I was thinking I could double up on this small 4s, even leave it onboard if it's small enough:

The LiFePo I have now just has a simple LEDed BMS board I plug a high-ish watt AC/DC adapter.

You can look up beto_pty's solution. His was nice but I prefer fast charging and swapping packs -> iCharger's! I use the iCharger 208B.
