Ok so I'm completely new to all of this and I just got this Wing Freedom 2 ebike, I had it two days before the buttons on the display broke and i couldn't start it anymore. Customer service is supposedly going to send another one but hasn't yet and I don't even want to get started on what I think about them right now. I'll deal with them later. I ordered a SW-900 panel from Amazon had it next day delivered and it will indeed power up my bike but I get an error code 10 (communications error.) and when it powers on. Therefore I go slower get no PAS, battery info, and none of that. Does anybody know how I would go about trying to resolve this?
