Wiring a 6pin throttle to 3pin connector on controller

Got another puzzle for you lot. I got a new sabvoton controller which has a 3 wire throttle connection but my throttle has a 6 wire connection. How do i successful connect one to the other so the throttle works?

Every brand/model/etc is different, both controllers and throttles, so there is no definite single answer.
