Need some help on how to wire up the key switch that came with my frame to my controller. The controller looks like it'll come with a "switch plug" (thin red wire) that has to be connected, but I'm not sure it'll work with the key switch given the fact that it's only one wire? Any help is appreciated.

You need to take a wire from B+ connect it to the switch, and the other wire from the switch goes to the red wire on the Controller. or to ''K'' for this particular Controller

When you say B+, you're referring to the positive on the B labeled plug correct? (alarm signal)

Ah okay, would the B+ wire connect to the red or white wire on the key switch?

Last question, would I have to splice the connection directly from the battery, or will the positive wire from the controller work as well?

Yes, you can take a wire from where the battery connects to the Controller. I even ran a thin B+ wire from inside the Controller once.
