You can damage a battery by too much discharge.

Heavy draw can deplete a battery quickly. If you have a BMS, it should cut the power from the pack before damage occurs.

If you do not have a BMS, you should monitor the battery closely and stop before damage.

If I have BMS, and for hitting the e-bike, and I unplug and go back to
to keep plugging up my house.
If it is plugged and unplugged, can damage the battery?

If a battery is well constructed, plugging and unplugging should not be a problem.
