See that enormous radiator at the front? If they are immersing the battery in Novec or equivalent fluid with a quarter of the heat capacity of water, they will need 4 times as much radiator

Novec is pretty phenomenal in all aspect$$$, including its ability to weep right through most common fluid sealing interfaces. Quite the fluid to contain long term in complex systems, but possible to do.

What's the crack with immersion cooling of pouch cells? From what I've read, tab cooling is 3x more effective than cold plates sandwiching the cell, due to the terrible thermal conductivity through the cell layers. So even with liquid cooling, unless the tabs are also submerged it wouldn't be very effective.
