Hello to everybody. This is my first message here.
I am trying to solve my problem. I bought a YOUE branded motor from aliexpress. it is hall sensor equipped one. 250w 36 volts.
i bought a LCD with a integrated throtle and a controller from another seller.
i have small but high C battery pack with a BMS inside. it is 15C 36 volts 10S. Sony VTC6
My intention is to use this bike for recreational purposes around our house. I have another bike with bafang kit, it works very good.
1- LCD can not be programmed according to the P parameter settings. I can not adjust throtle settings it is fixed to 0-3volt.
2- I can change current limitation, it is 1 to 20 but no difference at all.
3- LCD do not show speed of moving bike. it only reads wrong values when power is on by throtle. When i rotate motor to reverse direction it reads something on speedometer part.
4- PAS do not work. its settings do not effect anything. PAS wires signal has voltage on connector.
When i use throttle at maximum setting, bike bogs, it hesitates to accelerate. or accelerate at very low rate. when it finds its top speed, it is 14 15 km/h according to GPS, it intermittently cuts power. It gives battery error. Battery voltage is approx 41 volts. voltage drop is maximum 1.2 volts during test. i tested for 10 minutes only. Battyr is healthy.
I tried motor on my Bafang set, it works at full power but unable to display speed on bafang LCD. (which is confusing my mind, may be a hal sensors is not ok inside motor)
