YYG BR100 - Hub Motor issues

Hi All,
I purchased a YYG BR100 about 5 months ago and the motor is starting to have issues, I have attempted to get support from the manufacturer, but they don't answer the phone or respond to emails, live chat seems to take days to get anything back. I can't even purchase a motor they have listed on their site because it says that they can't accept payments at this time ... so I am stuck with a fairly new E-bike that doesn't work. I am capable of swapping out the rear motor hub but have no idea correct sizing for the bike does anyone on this forum know this model and could possibly point me in the right direction to purchase a replacement hub.
