I have a Zeegr F1 electric bike with a 48V system with one rear electric motor at 1000W. The original controller (48V ~22A FOC) shorted and is no longer working.
The motor is a rear hub motor with a single large cable going to it. Inside that cable are:
- 3 phase wires (yellow/green/blue)
- hall sensor wires (small bundle)
I’m replacing the controller with a generic 48V 22A controller + display kit.
Questions:
Is there any replacements available that will allow the throttle to connect to the rear electric motor at all? I've been looking deeply and I just cant find a replacement controller which has all the components that are needed. I don't care if a controller is missing a light or some connection that won't matter, I just want the controller to actually work.
Any guidance on wiring or recommended controllers would help.
