Lectra vr24 / Help info?

I have a chance to purchase one of these contraptions for a song and a dance but I've no experience with brushless two phase motors (whatever two phase is supposed to mean) and I have no clue where to locate a 24v 100 amp controller but if I buy it I'm going to need one because right now there is no

They're not "brushless" in the sense of common ebike motors, as they are variable reluctance, sometimes also called switched reluctance. So the typical controllers wont' run them. A quick google finds a number of pages about them, with some details:
