I'd like to get one of the China metal cased 20S 8A chargers. However, I'd like to be able to modify it so that I can reduce its output current so that when I have time, I can charge at a slower rate for benefit of the life of battery. Has anybody had success in identifying a place to put a variable resistor or something to allow the current to be adjusted? Most of these chargers are fixed voltage fixed current, which is a shame. My budget is $100.

That was the reason I bought it.

I have a 21S bateey in my scooter and sometimes I need also a 72V , a 60V and an 48V charger

I have not tried to charge 10S , but it should charge them.

Only down side is at 10S ypu still have 15A charge current. With 10S you get only 450-600W charging power, with 21S you can get 1050-1300W charging power.
