kelly kls 7275h internal reset error

I have some questions and problem
I use golden motor bldc 10kw 48v [hpm-10kw] and kelly controller [kls 7275h]. however. the problem keeps happening. the controller keeps getting 3-2 beep codes. the codes is internal reset error. I don't know why, but does anyone know?
Its problem that needs to be solved. I trieed changing the controller, but i still get error codes from the controller.
i am sending you the setting value, please take a look and give me your advice and feedback. please.

"internal reset error" is very serious error.

I see that more probably your problem because you put value 16 to parameter "PWM Frequency".
This parameter can be 10 or 20. So change it to 20 and press Write button, wait few seconds. Turn off and turn on controller again. Please report success or not.

Also your throttle setting are bad:
TPS High Error change to 90-95 (less is more safety)
TPS Dead High change to 80
TPS FWD Map change to 50
TPS Rev Map change to 50
