First Enduro Build For My Boys (14 & 12)

Your build looks so good with those wide Moto tires 👍
I would imagine your boys are loving the build.

Did you figure out your settings in the Sabvoton?

How’s this kit holding up and where did you order it exactly?

Build has been brilliant! Took a little bit to get the Sabvoton dialed in, as well as the brakes. Had a bad rear brake that we bled a few times and still was mushy. They replaced it. And once we swapped out the brake pads it was way better. The headset bearing has some play to it so thats on our list to replace.

We got the motor, battery and controller from NB Power. They were great to deal with. Frame is standard enduro sold by a few people, but we got ours from NB Power too. Rest of the parts were custom stuff. Can't take credit. We followed an Instagramer who did this supermoto style and he was awesome in helping us. Biggest hassle was actually those tires. Had to get a motorcycle shop to install them. They are so wide and thick it was impossible for me or any bike shop to mount them by hand.

Awesome man, thanks so much!

I’m gonna put this kit on my Volcon Brat but didn’t know if I should order it from NB via alibaba or an online retailer who sells them. The alibaba route saves me like $300! Thanks again and killer build, looks like so much fun.

nice build thanks for sharing i wonder if enduroebike.com and enduroebikes.com are both legit.

it seems that enduroebike.com is the official manufacturer website. can anyone else confirm?

Hey all - after 1 year and over 1k miles on the bike, i have my first issue i cant solve. Im getting an "error 30h communications error" on the sabvoton 80a controller. its the same error that displays when you unplug the 3 pin cable to program the controller, but just permanent. I can still switch it into level 1 and use the bike, but cant switch to level 2 or 3, or see the speed.

I tried unplugging all cables except the display and ignition to see if i could isolate. No change. I confirmed the UKC1 display is ok. I saw the 3 pin wire connectors were a little frayed so i replaced those, but still no change. Also, when i try to connect to the controller over bluetooth i can see the controller but get 0 values when i connect to it.

I took the controller apart and saw no visible issue, but am no pro so didnt know what i was looking for :)

Any help appreciated.

Are all your electrical connections clean and corrosion free, no bent pins or anything? All plugged in nice and tight? No wires fraying or getting abraded anywhere on the bike?

ETA: This link might help if you havent seen it already

Looking at building a EEB style myself and I see that NB Power and EnduroEBike has that frame style. Look damn near identical to what CAB Motorworks uses.

How is this frame holding up? I do plan to use it for both urban and trail riding.

Lastly, on this swingarm setup. How do you set chain tension without a derailleur?
