Front wheel question for 8-12kw enduro

I am in the process of building my 8-12wk enduro ebike using the enduro ebike frame feom NBPOWER with the 150mm dropout. My motor is the QS V3 273 3T 8000watt 19" hub motor. I am going to use the nuclear 24f controller. Does anyone know how to switch it from iPhone mph? Also building my own battery pack. Now to my issue. I can't find a 19" front wheel. I can find replacements for sur ron and sting and aftermarket ones that cost too much. I just need a basic 19" motorcycle style front wheel that will fit the Fastace ALX13RC 2.0 fork. I checked the Chinese websites like Ali baba/Ali express but all I come up with are rear hub motors! Does anyone know of a website? Please send or post a link. Also haven't got a stem or bars yet. Any recommendations?
Thanks All
Tom

Welcome Tom, sounds like a great project. Post up some pix of you're setup and tell us a bit about yourself. Have you worked on motorcycles before? Do you have any qualifications in engineering etc? Some here might be reluctant to chime in with advice to a total novice in case you kill yourself on that build. Liability and all that hey :)

Start over with a better bike for a novice.
Sub 750W, sub 20 mph. Earn your knowledge. I know someone who decided he knew better and has not been able to talk for years. Think on that.
I've ridden motorcycles all my life, and pushbikes for 30 years now. Some of my motorcycles are Very fast and I often push them, but with total confidence because they are designed by Japanese and German experts to do just that. My one and only ebike is a solid Giant MTB and designed to bash down mountains, but at 40 km/h on the bitumen I am acutely aware that I'm reaching the edge of the envelope. It's not so much a fear of something breaking, it's the simple fact that it wasn't designed to be "powered" at speeds much greater than that. How will it handle a bump, a pothole, or the chain coming off and jamming? There are just too many variables, and of course the whole dynamics of the bike have been changed by the addition of all that extra weight down there.

Call it old man reticence but I've survived this long by not taking crazy chances. Now Winter is here again I'm wearing my old Dainese Dakar jacket, a light weight Yellow nylon and black affair designed to keep the skin on you if you fall off at speed. If I was going any faster I'd wear a FF helmet too, and definitely some form of long pants or knee protectors. I fell hard on the bitumen the other week when I didn't unclip properly doing a tight U-turn and stop, I wasn't moving, I just fell straight down, but I took a lot of skin off that knee and the hip was sore for days.

Sorry for the seeming thread hijack @TomTill84 but this is the General Discussion sub. If you'd posted down in EBike Build Threads that would have been another matter.

OK, for one if I can do 100mph on a KTM 450XC-F I can handle a mild powered ebike. I'm an electrician/ham radio operator that builds my own equipment and so fourth. So I am more than capable of building my own battery pack and the technical aspects of this build. I looked at them lame 750W 28mph ebikes. Not for me! I'm not going to be going 55mph down a sidewalk downtown. However, I do want something that'll haul butt down a country road. I've looked at the CAB "Recon" and for $10K I think its way overpriced. Then the cheap Chinese stealth bombers and enduros come with some quality parts but don't trust them! So I'll be safe and fine on this evoke. I was only lost on the wheel part and stem/bars. This build is a thin line between a MTB and a dirt bike so really wasn't sure on a wheel that is strong and safe. I found a wheel, flow wheels 19x1.6 with a 110mmx20mm hub. Says it'll fit a Sor Ron/sting. Yes once I get all the parts I am going to do a YouTube build. Update, I was looking at the Nuclear 24F controller programming instructions! Holy cow! There is stuff in there I don't know what it does. I'm 99% sure I can get it to work. It asks for the basic stuff so I think it'll be fine and work. If not I'm sure someone here has programmed it to a QS motor and will offer a hand. Why do I want to build this? IDK. For fun, zombie apocalypse, $5 gas Price's and to smoke a 50cc moped! And for the earth. I even make my own bio diesel. That's it for now.
