For many years, Greenspeed used drum brake hubs on the front of their Trikes. Now Wizwheels owns the brand (Ian Sims passed a few years ago) and my Magnum Big Wheel has disk brakes on the front.
I want to build another set of wheels with wide rims. For my design, I already have the rear hub, but I need to find front hubs that will fit. The front wheels are held on with short 15mm diameter stub axles with a key on the inside that also have a bolt that holds the stub axle on the steering knuckle. The hubs have ISO mounting holes for standard brake rotors. A circle on the outside of the stub axle fills the space that shows the bearings in the pictures below. The hubs themselves have no keying - they just permit a 15mm thru axle.
Spoke flange to spoke flange: 58mm
Spoke hole circle diameter: ~58mm
I haven't taken all the measurements yet, but can, of course. I don't even know what these are otherwise used for or called. Here are pictures:
