I need replacement hubs like this

For many years, Greenspeed used drum brake hubs on the front of their Trikes. Now Wizwheels owns the brand (Ian Sims passed a few years ago) and my Magnum Big Wheel has disk brakes on the front.

I want to build another set of wheels with wide rims. For my design, I already have the rear hub, but I need to find front hubs that will fit. The front wheels are held on with short 15mm diameter stub axles with a key on the inside that also have a bolt that holds the stub axle on the steering knuckle. The hubs have ISO mounting holes for standard brake rotors. A circle on the outside of the stub axle fills the space that shows the bearings in the pictures below. The hubs themselves have no keying - they just permit a 15mm thru axle.

Spoke flange to spoke flange: 58mm
Spoke hole circle diameter: ~58mm

I haven't taken all the measurements yet, but can, of course. I don't even know what these are otherwise used for or called. Here are pictures:

What's the OLD dimension of your hub ? (max width between both axle's exit) Maybe you can just use regular 15mm thru axle front hubs ? You'd need a 36 spoke hole version though.

Given those exposed bearings and the flange on the axle stub that fits into that space to cover it I'm not sure I can use a regular front hub - those expect to be contacted by the inner face of the fork and I don't know if the flange on the stub axles will substitute for that. I will take a look.

Otherwise still interested in finding out what the heck sort of hubs these are. I'm fairly certain WizWheels does not custom make them just for this. Wheelchair hubs?

Thru axle hubs often come with some sort of adapter to either use it on 12mm or 15mm axles; that's an alu insert you can remove if not needed. Standarts are 100 or 110mm boost width. I wouldn't worry too much about how much the new hub looks like the old one, but rather stick to numbers and measure my hub's width. Also a picture of the single side axle you use to fasten the wheel would be helpful.

Given the 15mm ID, it really looks like a modded standart thru axle hub to me.

Through axle mountain bike hubs are available with 15 or 20mm bearing sizes.
When used for trikes the spacer opposite side of the brake disc is removed.
Novatec or Joytech brands are common (often rebranded)

A general search for Front Trike Hubs finds similar ones but not identical. I can't recall the term I've seen used for these types; I'll do another search when i do.

This one is 20mm but you could change the bearings for ones with a 15mm ID. They're 32H, I didn't count the holes in yours to see if they match. They don't give the dimensions; you'd have to ask them.

Velocity ATB 20mm Front Hub w/Disc Mount - 32H

These hubs are compatible with TerraTrike hub mounts. Can also be used with Catrike and other 20mm axles with proper spacers.

They also have this one which doesn't give even axle size but I'd guess 12mm, probably can chagne bearings out for 15 if you need to. 32H

This one is 36H, 12mm bearing ID but you could probably change them out for 15mm ID. The actual hub look slike it has plenty of space for the larger axle; it does have dimensions but they're different from yours. They also have a silver version.
