First Test on Dirt. Quite Fun and Powerful.
It did not run Full power yet, will be doing soon after sorting out some suspension and swingarm work.
Fardriver 961800 is working very good,
had major reliable problems with Fardriver 144100 , 1081000 & 3shul CC100 in my previous builds.
I found this Packaging of 26s12p very good for my kind of Riding and Racing for our Team.
60KW - 950NM Custom Electric Dirt Bike Build - Project SR Proloy 4. Project SR
Proloy Log 2 - First Trail Run on Dirt, Works Flawlessly. Had lots of FUN.
The bike is better balanced than our previous builds and has very good power control and Agility.
We focused on a few things in this build as follows:
Stiffer Frame
Increased frame stiffness by changing the downtube.
Improved CG-
By removing the overhang of the battery pack and making it compact, the CG was also improved, and the placement of the controller closer to the Motor aided in the CG.
Improved Battery Pack -
Integrated Copper Busbar in the Battery Pack to improve Higher Current Loads and reduce waste due to heat.
Improved Accuracy -
New Fixtures made the frame more accurate and aided in better Welding techniques.

this is ANT master slave bms.
This Bms has a capability to connect 9-90 series
Continuous current discharge capacity is 300A and the peak is 750A

That is the definition of a sales thread, where you are selling something.

Whether or not it is "right" to be selling something you haven't even designed yet, much less begun production on...well...that's a different discussion. :?

Hi, I'm interested in knowing your battery disconnect calculation. I have to admit, at first glance, your disconnect seems rather limited for 300A continuous. Then again, maybe I'm just being overly cautious.

Are the components like suspension and plastics from from some other production bike?
Looks like plenty of room for battery, but rather squared frame. Have you done stiffness tests?

yes.suspension system is from kawasaki kx250..
