ecrazyman 72V 45A - can it be programmed?

Thanks for answering so fast, I don't think I have the new version of the controller, its actually an old one: I will try your suggestion when I am back home. here are some pics:

ecrazyman 72V 45A - can it be programmed?

Hi, I have an ecrazyman 12 FET controller. the board is EB312-AS-2. I tried programming it with a LYEN programmer and XPD, but it just sits at "waiting for controller ready". The chip is GPM8F3108A-QL011. Did anyone program those?

    Cyclone cutting out

It could be one of the following: 1. Battery voltage is dropping when you accelerate - you are using 12S? what is the cutoff V of your controller? if its a 48V controller you may have a problem here... 2. Try playing with the black connector (7 pin) from the motor to the controller - if the...

    Cyclone cutting out

Are you using the original cyclone throttle? if so, what do the leds show when the controller cuts?

Weird issue with motor going too fast FIXED!!!

Do you have a sensorless controller? this can give you a lot of extra knowledge on the problem. I had the same problem - my controller is a e-citypower sensored + sensorless controller, I disconnected the hall sensors and found out (as other members mentioned) it was going the wrong way...

    New "Hybrid Super-capacitor LiFePo4" cells

Thanks for the warning Flathill, I may be naive, I still believe Wang is OK, but I Don't really know. I guess one can call the factory and authenticate Wang.... Anyway I guess its good to be a little paranoid :D

    Dahon Speed D7

I mean the hub diameter between spoke holes ("d" in the picture)

    Dahon Speed D7

I don't have its specs, just what's written on it: 24V200 and what I was told when I bought it. It weights 3Kg, I guess these motors are rated just to pass regulations. The motor spoke holes diameter is 130mm is that your size?

    Dahon Speed D7

The power @ 50km/h is arround 1000W (I am not pedaling), I weight 87Kg and I am taking my son with me in the mornings - he weights about 15Kg, it does not affect much, but I am not going 50 with him on. I bought the motor from a local importer in Israel, so I can'y say which brand it is - see...

    Dahon Speed D7

I am going 50 km/h on a 200W rear geared hub, 12S Lipo, folding bike with rear suspension, the motor does'nt get hot, only slightlly worm, I tried putting the controller inside the battery bag, but it got really hot after a hard ride (a 450W 9 FET controller from bmsbattery, 22A limited), so I...

    New "Hybrid Super-capacitor LiFePo4" cells

I have to disagree, The reason I posted this post is because I experienced better performance (less voltage sag) with these cells than with other LiFePo4 cells (Headway, PSI). I have just finished discharging @ 20A (2C) and here are the numbers: Ah out Total V 0Ah...

    New "Hybrid Super-capacitor LiFePo4" cells

Test results @~0.75C made a 4S pack and discharged till lowest cell had 2.5V - exactlly 10Ah I got 125.2Wh and 10.000Ah, this means the avg voltage @~7.5A is 12.52V (3.13V per cell). pictures attached:
