I use these connectors a lot for Hall sensors to controller connections. Until now I have bought kits with 2,3,4,6, and 9 pins, but only use 2 and 6 pins. I want to replenish my supply without getting the unused ones. So what are these "automotive connectors" called, so I can go to Mouser and buy bulk one size?IMG_0042.jpg

Those aren't Molex in any real sense, though they are called that in the vernacular. I would call them Chinese junk plugs. They're common and you can buy inexpensive connector kits for them on eBay, AliExpress, Amazon etc. I don't know how you'd even search for them other than "ebike plugs" or some such. If I blunder into two components that use them in a compatible way, I don't mind plugging them in and forgetting about them. If not, I substitute JST-SM plugs on both sides.

Grin calls them Molex/Spade

Molex unfortunately makes a gazillion of different connectors. These look similar to some PC motherboard power connectors, but I'm not sure of the type. Maybe these mini-fit types?
Hey, any relation to the Steve Linn who worked on the CTT?
Si señor, I retired from physics after some hard labor on the LHC/CMS, and now have an electric bike/scooter business in Miami called "El Bike Doc y Mas". Who do I have the pleasure of speaking with?
