KTM E Freeride - error code 43

Can someone help. It gives me error 43 - "Fault in the KTM Power pack ". How to solve it? There is no problem with the 12V battery - a new one was installed. The Power pack was also disassembled and all cells were found to be correct - they are all at the same voltage.
 
Hi,
I had error 43. The vehicle turned off while driving. Took the power pack to the KTM workshop. 2 months later, I got it back with no errors found. I replaced and charged the 12v battery. No more errors for 2 years! Error 43 points to the high current relay in the power pack. It needs the 12v of the battery...

Thanks for sharing the information. Do you know what they repaired/changed in the battery at the KTM service?
 
You misunderstood. The KTM workshop found NO fault. After I replaced the 12v battery, the fault has not reoccurred for two years.
