Stickers can be removed if warmed...heat gun, or sit it in the sun for an hour.

Its a paint finish so can't remove them. They will need to be covered.
There is nothing to hold. There is nothing to put feet on. Rear wheel has no protectors on. There is no side protection for upper body. It looks like you didn't bother to install all parts.

Nice find! On covering up the downtube logo, beside black paint there's wide black electrical/craft/gaffers/duct tape available.
My initial reaction to the child seat was the same as @Az's. I'd at least add some wheel/foot protection (triangle-shaped plastic sheet seems common), and a clamp-on handlebar:
You might be able to cobble up a bar that clamps onto the seat rails, In any case, have some great rides!

People frequently use "Helicopter" tape to protect portions of a bike frame. They usually use transparent tape so the tape isn't particularly noticeable. But I think the tape is made in black also. You might try that.

Are you sure? 90% of the names and graphics on bike frames and forks are vinyl stickers now.

The rear seat will break off and/or you kid will lose a foot by the spokes cutting it off...
