Do you mean without a *charger* or simply an empty battery with zero charge?
If it doesn't have a charger you'll have to find out what the battery specs are (can't see them on the single image provided), so you can buy a charger for it.
If you do have a charger, then you should measure the voltage on that, and on the battery at the two points I previously noted, and post those here.
If you don't have a charger you should still measure the voltages on the battery ports as noted, and post them here.
Also, where did the battery come from? If it was something tossed out, scrapped, etc., or already taken apart before you got it, that's a sign that the battery has a problem and may be unsafe to attempt to recharge.
Even if it was purchased (presumably used) it should be tested and verified operational before attempting to charge and use it, so you don't end up with a battery fire.
