I have been looking into using an old GT cromo frame I have laying around into a stealthy commuter.
Some options I had considered. Ideally the battery and controller would be hidden in a half frame bag or something of the likes. No dash just a throttle.
1. BBS02, Mighty Mini 52v, nexus 8 rear hub
2. Rear Hub motor (not really sure what the best choice is here), Baserunner, Singlespeed setup.
3. Keyde rear motor. This is where I landed originally since it was just a hub and battery and the rest was controlled via Bluetooth. (I don't know if these will put enough power for my goals.
Ideally I would like to be able to hit 25mph easily on the flats and climb a couple of short 10% grades along the first 1/4 mile which has an average 6% grade.
I have been trying to find what the minimal setups are on the respective motors and controllers, but have not had a terrible amount of luck.
Thanks for any information.
