    in addidtion, i use hole in side plate of ht35, with ususal screw in it. its very simple to add oil without going mad.

    oil leakin is doing all the time while running by the axle side especially cables. when You stop and do not clean it, floor will get the oil, if You use carpet - it's problem i keep oil level under few centimeters from axle level. and its good to keep bike in vertical

    So it need refill about 3 times a year or so to keep temp on good level while whole trip without stops. trips are about that: 10 of 15ah 18s so it pass my needs in forest or termac, thinking about adding some cells to 24s (separate charging this 6s 15ah pack) oil - it should be a bit thick...

    Hi, my magnets fell off, and actually do not know if i will be able to rapiar it, but i decided about new motor 4065 becouse of 135 mm axlle (my dropouts are 140mm) and wonder about 54xx if its better choice, what You think ? its 16kg not 10 as 4065 ?

    Today i tested at 133A (probably phase) those tires on ice and snow on ice :D after putting in them only 2 air units i could do almost everything on roads, including full throttle. and.. it want dig snow becouse of grip even if front brake is locked, it makes bike bump :))

    SO. getting stright motor after deforming inside metal part (stator or rotor? this inside part on axle ,in eng?) is great way not to spend extra money..! It's rolling great :)

    Yes i saw the data on graphs and so on. but when i imagine the dust and other stuff going through the magnets and destroing them becouse of speed and covers .. i do not want it. :) it's like buying a motor for almost every christmas? i'v used silicon almost on every part where oil can go out...

    Tru i can in easy way go from oil to vented, and want to try it without painthing whole motor inside, and to not open it too offten to clean it from dust and so on.. i also would use some prevention to stones...

    As far as I know they are other version of ht and hs. the 4065 and 4080- its like ht and hs, but 40mm magnet. i will try to cope with 18S @ 80A in offroad in next few days on this alloy felt frame:), I luckily found people with possibility to get stright my motor digitally :)
