There is nothing we moderators can really do, besides ask nicely for the guy to communicate.
You can post the details of your situation, but that can risk making the guy mad at you on top of whatever else is happening. If you PM one of the more experienced mods, we can perhaps get a real email sent to him. I don't know how to do half the moderator stuff.
If you tell your story, keep it civil. We don't allow you to hurl insults back and forth. It will help others to know who to avoid buying from, if this turns out to be a complete rip off.
It is the holidays, and maybe he has sent it off into oblivion. I wouldn't have anything shipped now unless desperate for it. It's possible the package is out there, somewhere. Then he could be doing some traveling, and not taking time to check his pm's.
