10S custom skate ESC: testers wanted!

I had the same problem. Check here https://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=35&t=80198 There is a voltage divider at the input. If the solder joints are bad and add resistance or the resistors themselves are off or something else is wrong in this area you get strange voltages.

eLongboard - plastic is fantastic :D

@Idea Sounds good to me. What software did you use to design it? Any way you would like to share the source files for the design?

VESC Motor detection not possible/Phase 1 BEMF Voltage off

I figured it out since then. The voltage dividers to sense the BEMF voltage didn't make proper connection. They are to be found at R23/24/26/2732/33 Might help somebody in the future?

VESC Motor detection not possible/Phase 1 BEMF Voltage off

Crosspost from: http://vedder.se/forums/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=196&sid=c63cf39146f16b46f898ea102e1150f8 Hello, I got a VESC here which I made myself. I can't get it to detect any motor and during the troubleshooting I found that one phase is siting much higher then the others. The motor detection...

    Hobo Board - 10S - Dual 63mm motors

Nice one Onloop! Here is my interpretation. I didn't feel like having the cling wrap on the top so I used some wooden rails to clamp it down. Worlkflow was to route the board flat on the CNC router, then battery in and wrap it a few times. Apply the rails and cut the top part of the wrap...

    OpenSource Handheld Controller (E-go similar)

That is a great find! I didn't know that existed. That is wonderful for a custom controller. This needs a return spring of some sort. IMHO The demonstrated technique in the video, with the button, doesn't satisfy my expectations of awesome. I'm a big advocate of not just saying that is not...

    Wireless Wii Nunchuck *TESTERS WANTED

I need a "naked" pic of it. I stacked it and the board hit a curb on an very awkward angle, the WIIciever got mangled up. I need to see what parts are in a few particular locations...

    Wireless Wii Nunchuck *TESTERS WANTED

Environmental interference is what I thought at one stage as well. I usually build things at my local hackspace. I took it home, that's about 15km as the crow fly's. Same thing there. I'm out of ideas, that is why I ask here.

    Wireless Wii Nunchuck *TESTERS WANTED

torqueboards the wiiciever is sitting on top of the board above the front truck, motor is on rear truck. There is no possibility for further separation between receiver and motor/ESC. A ferrite ring is in there too. I just bench tested and run the wiiciever on a bench top power supply. No...

    Wireless Wii Nunchuck *TESTERS WANTED

Hey guys, I got a MiniWiiceiver here. I do have massive problems with it cutting out. As it stands, it is not usable. I can get maybe 50m of riding and then it looses connection and if I'm not quick enough to get the remote real close (>1m) to the receiver the ESC will lock up due to signal...

    3D printed parts Depository

I don't know if Voodoo was the first to come up with that but I for sure wasn't. I designed mine completely from scratch after realizing that Voodoos didn't fit for me(Wrong angles around the wheel. Maybe because I'm using 83mm?). Said this, my design is for sure heavily influenced by Voodoos...

    3D printed parts Depository

@ bandaro mine are a very tight fit for the original ABEC11 flywheels in 83mm. By looking at pictures I think all of the flywheels got the same core. I got the Solidworks files in a post a bit further up.

@ Hummina Shadeeba I tried sandcasting that design. I pointed out that it is for casting more as a warning to not try and use the printed part. Way to flimsy. @ beto_pty It's for the original ones. Nice and tight fit. Might need some sanding, depending on how well your printer is setup. I...

    3D printed parts Depository

People where asking for Solidworks models. Here is a customizable Abec11 wheel mount I made up. Similar to Voodoojars, with some tweaks. No here isn't a file. Damn you forum! Wheel_Insert.SLDPRT => The extension sldprt is not allowed. How can I get around that? By sticking them in a...

    3D printed parts Depository

@ Hummina Shadeeba I myself are a big fan of Solidworks. Mainly because I use it since the very early versions. It is expensive if you can't get the student license. Autodesk Inventor, lots of people like it, same cons as above. Google Sketchup, free but not as nice to work with and some of the...

    3D printed parts Depository

It's ABS, printed solid. It works and gave me the possibility to see how I want my setup to be. Like pinion size and stuff. Check my thread about the board if you want to know more. But it sure is not a long term solution and I wouldn't recommend it. The motor is rewound by me as well. It got...
